The LUUP "Unimo," a three-wheeled, compact universal car aimed at solving the short-distance travel challenges of a wider range of people.

The brief was to design a new silhouette and interaction that breaks away from the conventional solutions and creates a fresh appeal to a new generation of users.

Field tests will be conducted in multiple regions in Japan by the end of fiscal year 2026.

  • Presentation/Communication: Adobe XD / Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creative direction from start to finish.

  • Creation of 2D sketches and visuals in reach consensus with the client.

  • Creating digital 2D/3D data for verification of technical requirements and ergonomics.

  • 3D CAD modeling to a level that the parts can be milled for prototyping.

  • Color/Material/Finish & Graphic Design that satisfies the branding of the client.

  • Creative workshop facilitation to align with the client’s needs and wishes.
